Direction We're Taking

We're positioning Carma as the Road Usage Operating System — the service layer between drivers and modern road pricing. The value in this market is no longer in gantries or hardware. It's in identity, pricing logic, enforcement, and customer relationships. That's the operating layer. That's what we're building.

The market is shifting from flat-rate charging to dynamic, location-aware pricing — by corridor, zone, time, and vehicle class. Traditional infrastructure can't deliver this. Carma can. When usage-based charging becomes unavoidable, we're already embedded as the integration layer — not a replaceable endpoint.

How to Answer

Give brief, investor-ready answers — not a thesis and not marketing copy. Aim for 1–3 sentences per question (bullets are fine). Use plain language. If you're unsure, say so and state what you'd need to verify. The goal is to capture your raw, independent thinking so we can compare perspectives and tighten the story.
